  • This approach combines Christian theology with research-based methods of psychotherapy. I will meet you where you are in your faith and incorporate it as much or as little as you prefer.

  • No, I am happy to serve clients of all belief backgrounds.

  • I charge $175 for a 50-minute session and accept all major debit/credit cards at the time of the session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients in need.

  • Yes, I am partnered with a limited number of insurance companies and work to collaborate with more on an on-going basis. If you would like to know if we are in network with your insurance company please feel free to schedule a free 15 minute consultation so we can provide you with the most up-to-date information!

  • If you receive Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance coverage we can offer a receipt (referred to as a Superbill). Super bills provide the appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier. This includes date and time of session, length of session, type of session (referred to as a CPT code). This bill also provides my license number and diagnosis codes required for reimbursement.

  • Sessions are conducted virtually using a HIPAA compliant platform to protect your privacy. Many clients find that it is easier to keep a consistent counseling schedule without having to commute to an office.

  • Current studies show that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions. In my experience, clients are often more comfortable starting the therapeutic process when they are attending from the comfort of their own home.
